All By Myself

I have always considered myself blessed.  I have my health, great family and friends, and a job that lets me fish on weekdays.  That my friends is REALLY a blessing.  I headed to the Blue yesterday on a chilly and blustery day.  Figured I would meet a few new friends up in the C&R..

Nope.  Nada.  No one.

I had it all to myself, all day.  No trucks in the pens lot when I got there, none when I left.  Fishing was good not great but had some vicious tugs.  Most very subtle but some takes I will not soon forget. 

Man I did not realize I reserved the whole C&R to myself.  Was it ever nice.

I explored some new holes and found willing trout.  Can beat that or the " crowds ".
